About the Job:
• Responsible for all recruitment processes, placing job ads to setting up interviews, screening C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial HR interviews, and prepare shortlists for candidates with handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
• responsible for hiring papers & attendance and any issue related employees.
• responsible for payroll cycle
• Ensure documentation of all employees’ files as well as verify and update their social insurance documents.
• Managing personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires
• Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employee’s commitment regarding the policies
• Track employees’ absence, and send legal warnings accordingly.
• Assist in Hiring and termination process and Salaries Transactions.
• Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6 months to one year of Experience in recruitment and personnel
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent Microsoft office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills

وتأتي قائمة مراجعة تفتيش العمل Checklist Inspection Labour في إطار تنفيذ الهدف المرحلي الأول للمشروع، إذ تحصر

كافة النقاط التي يجب أن يتحقق منها المفتش، خلال زيارته للمنشآت الخاضعة للتفتيش، و ًفقا لقانون العمل رقم 12 لسنة 2003

والقوانين والقرارات الوزارية ذات الصلة.

ويتمثل الغرض من قائمة مراجعة تفتيش العمل في ضبط ومْنهجَة زيارات التفتيش وضمان شفافيتها، حيث توفر للمفتش: أداة

استرشادية لمراجعتها عند ملء نماذج التفتيش، وتوضح لمسئول المنشأة الأساس الذي تستند إليه عملية التفتيش، ومن ثَم تتيح

للمنشأة الفرصة لتصويب أوضاعها الداخلية بما يتوافق وصحيح القانون.

ولقد تم تطوير قائمة مراجعة تفتيش العمل باالعتماد على مشاركة الاطراف المعنية بتنفيذها؛ وعلى رأسهم مفتشو العمل بوزارة 

القوى العاملة المصرية، حيث تم خلال شهرَي أغسطس – سبتمبر2014  تنظيم ورشتَي عمل لهذا الغرض شارك فيهما 62 مفتش عمٍل من ديوان عام الوزارة ومكاتبها بالمديريات، وخضعت مخرَجاتها للتنقيح والمراجعة في ورشة عمل الحقة تم تنظيمها في أكتوبر

2014 بمشاركة 17 مفتش عمل، فيما خضعت المسَّودة النهائية المتضمنة بهذه المطبوعة، قبل التأشير عليها بالموافقة من جانب

معالي وزير القوى العاملة، للمراجعة بواسطة مجموعة من الخبراء المتخصصين.
