• Participate in developing the company strategy and annual plans and cascade it to the audit department.
• Develop the audit department objectives and scope and develop annual plan and budget to achieve those objectives

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting
• Certification or training: CPA is preferred
• English language: Advanced level of reading, writing, and communication
• PC: Excellent level of Microsoft office
Minimum Experience:
• Years of experience in similar position: Not less than 15 years in the field
• Field / business experience: Manufacturing
• Mansoura residents are preferred.
HR management:
• Provide human resources advice and support for own team.

Job Description
– Conduct costing and issue the cost reports for the stock of raw materials, spare parts, utilities, transported goods, and manufactured goods on monthly basis.

  • Reviews and records PETTY CASH documentation, funds settlement, PRODUCTION, MEP FREELANCERS, ALL GOODS & SERVICES SUPPLIERS.
  • Intercompanies reporting/Reconciliation.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Prepares goods & services suppliers TRANSFERS, and/or cheque payment requests.

  • Amortizes prepayments.
  • Runs aging analysis for Advances and suppliers.
  • Handles payroll-related invoices (i.e. Payroll settlement, salaries tax, social insurance, and labor emergency fund).
  • Reconciles CASH SAFE with GL account monthly.
  • Records incoming transfers, interbank transactions, and bank charges on AR module.
  • Prepares FREELANCERS TRANSFERS, and/or cheque payment requests.
  • Records PAYMENTS OF cash vouchers and funds.
