I’m looking for a proactive person as an #HR_Coordinator
Coordinate and identify staffing needs
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.)
coordinate and support the recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening, calls, etc.)
Follow up with shortlisted from job offer to joining date
Perform sourcing and archiving for recruitment Database
Other Tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any relevant field
HR Diploma is preferred
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional network
Proactive approach responsibilities.
Very Good in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
