We are hiring for one of our clients HR Section Head
Implements HR goals, objectives and priorities including the preparation of HR plans and budgets for the successful operation of the Human Resources Department.
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures for employer-employee relationship of the company
Overseeing all recruitment across the company.
Conduct organizational structure audits and updates and continuously monitoring the changes incurred on job titles and their effect on the whole HR systems.
Lead the development, implementation and administration of performance management system.
Supervise compensation and benefits function to achieve their targets according to the plan.
Overseeing all employee relations function Identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
Responds to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
B.A in HR, Business Administration or a related field, MBA is Preferable.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR functions.
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
Self-motivation, enthusiasm and results-focus.
